Juneteenth Celebration: Sunday, June 19, 6:30-8:30pm at the Contemporary Art Center of Peoria. Featuring a short film by artist Sanford Biggers, “An Artists Unflinching Look at Racial Violence”, speeches by Pam Adams, Dr. Daniel McCloud, and Mickeisha Armstrong, spoken word poetry by Vance Jordan and Hannah Offutt and music by Judy Page and her band.
