Kids Clay Handbuilding

Students will learn how to mold pieces of ceramic clay to make a variety of pottery sculptures. We will create multiple pieces using simple tools, clay and water. Then students will get to paint the pieces with underglaze to be fired and picked up at a later date. 

Cost: $100

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 am-11:30 am

Materials: All materials provided by Peoria Art Guild

We are committed to the health and safety of students, instructors and patrons, Our organization will be following recommended guidelines from the Illinois Department of Public Health: Anyone exhibiting symptoms will not be permitted in the building. Class sizes will be limited and workstations set up to allow 6 ft social distance between students and instructors. Masks are required for everyone. Each classroom will contain hand sanitizer and sanitizing stations.
