About the band:
Bombara has spent much of her adulthood on the road, carving out her own award-winning mix of vintage folk and electric roots-rock. The St. Louis based band of Samuel Gregg’s versatile guitar, John Calvin Abney’s keys, Mike Schurk’s drums and Kit Hamon’s bass guitar is glued together with Bombara’s unforced vocals, sharp guitar hooks and optimistic lyrics, framing life’s difficulties with positivity. For fans of Natalie Merchant, Aimee Mann, Sheryl Crowe and Bonnie Raitt, this music is a quirky indie-rock, with a nod to folk tradition. Hear music samples at www.bethbombara.com.
