Henry Detweiller- A steamboat captain who was friends with Abraham Lincoln and rivals with Mark Twain

Louis Philip Wolf- A politically active newspaper journalist who was notorious for holding politicians accountable

Julia Williams- A nurse during the civil war who saved many Union soldier’s lives.
