VIP Holiday Home Tour - December 2 from 4:00 PM -9:00 PM

The Peoria Historical Society's VIP Holiday Home Tour is back for 2023!

You'll meet and begin the tour at the Peoria Women's Club, 301 NE Madison Avenue, Peoria, IL 61603.

The VIP Tour includes appetizers, drinks and a private tour of homes. Enjoy transportation to each house on a heated private bus for 20, without worrying about driving and finding a parking spot. You will then be transported back to your vehicle when the tour is completed.

Houses on the 2023 PHS Holiday Home Tour include:

1802 W. Moss Avenue - A Federal-style farmhouse in the West Bluff Historic District.

518 W. High Street - A Flemish Renaissance-style, red brick mansion in the High Wine Historic District.

401 Water Street - A loft-style, luxury condominium in a renovated warehouse.

1805 N. Prospect Road - A Dutch Colonial-style house built in 1925.

301 N.E. Madison Avenue - Peoria Women’s Club which was built in 1897.

1212 W. Moss Avenue - Pettengill- Morron House, decorated in a "Holiday Travels" theme featuring luxury luggage and travel memorabilia collected by its former owner, Jean Morron.

942 N.E. Glen Oak Avenue - John C. Flanagan House, decorated in a "Father Christmas" theme reflecting the Christmases of Peoria's past.
